Refund Policy

General Return Policy

Bluegrass Living accepts returns on products that are new, unused, unassembled, and resalable in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been processed and inspected at our facilities.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Returning Bluegrass Living Purchases

Method 1: Return via Online Account

Log into your account at www.bluegrassliving.com, locate your order number, and complete the return request form. Our Customer Service Specialists will review and respond as quickly as possible.

Method 2: Return via Phone or Email

Contact our Customer Service Specialists for help submitting a return request. You have 30 days from the date the RMA is issued to return your products.

Important:

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before returning.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the box before returning.
  • Products returned without an RMA cannot be traced and will not be refunded.

Refund Denial Conditions

  • Return received without an RMA number.
  • Returned product does not match the original order.
  • Missing parts, tags, rating labels, or original packaging.
  • Product damaged due to improper packaging.
  • Product shows signs of use.
  • Assembled products that cannot be properly packaged.
  • Return sent to the wrong address.
  • Return sent Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).

Orders with Free Shipping

The actual shipping cost incurred by Bluegrass Living is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Discounted Orders (Products on Sale or Coupons)

Refunds are based on the actual amount paid after discounts.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, request an RMA for return and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Photos of the product(s) are required. Some returns may be necessary, and our Customer Service team will assist.

Warranty Claims

After 30 days, products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact a Customer Service Specialist for assistance.

Order Cancellations

Contact Customer Service within 2 hours of placing an order to request cancellation.

Returns Processing Time

Returns are processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days. If you haven’t received confirmation after 30 days, contact us with your RMA number.

Note: Refunds may take an additional 2-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company.

Important Information

  • Do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number.
  • Do not refuse a package you no longer want. Instead, request an RMA.
  • Do not attempt to return a product in person.
  • Do not return products filled with fuel—drain all fuel before returning.
  • Do not send returns to the warehouse it was shipped from—use the return address provided.
  • Proof of purchase from Bluegrass Living is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Bluegrass Living is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
